Our Concierge Services offer comprehensive oversight at every stage—from initial system design and stability to specialized coral sourcing and beyond.

The experience is fully customizable and adapts entirely to your needs, whether you’re moving quickly or taking time to explore and ask questions.

🐠 Concierge Service Tiers

Every package includes light guidance specific to your personalized sourcing, including coral compatibility and care considerations for selected specimens.

Deposits are applied toward the final order on all packages, with the exception of Enlightening Odyssey.

Expert guidance across the entire reef—from coral care to full system mastery.

• Consultation Every search begins with a complimentary consultation to review your wish list and define the course for your collection,

• Sourcing Deposit
  To initiate your custom search, a deposit is required based on your chosen tier. This is not an extra fee—the full amount is credited toward your final order total.

  Please Note: This deposit secures the specialized time and effort we dedicate to scouting the market for your collection. Because this covers the work performed during the search phase, the deposit is non-refundable. Should you choose to proceed with your curated selection, the full amount is applied to your purchase.

• Coral Sourcing

  Based on your consultation, we’ll handpick corals that match your specifications for your review and selection.

• Availability Disclosure
  Placing a deposit does not guarantee item availability. All items are available on a first-come, first-served basis and cannot be reserved. Specimens are only secured once your selection is finalized and paid in full.

• Shipping Cost

  Shipping costs are calculated based on the specifics of each concierge order.

• Final Payment

  Once your selections are finalized, full payment is required upfront to secure your items. Please review your choices carefully, as confirmed orders are final and cannot be modified or canceled.

• Observation & Shipment

  Upon arrival, your items are carefully evaluated and observed for a minimum of seven days to ensure their overall health and vitality. We provide updates throughout the process, and once approved, your items are shipped on your selected date.

• Follow-Up

  We'll check in to ensure your new additions are flourishing and provide any additional support needed.

• The Finishing Touch

  To commemorate your experience with us, every concierge order includes a digital keepsake—a signature memento featuring your name and curated selections. (Design and presentation may vary.)
